What’s the difference between MMF and MMP?

  • MMF (Friends & Family Rate): Works worldwide, easier to use, with strong discounts.
  • MMP (Employee Family Rate): Usually cheaper, but in some Asian countries (Japan, Korea, China, Singapore, Hong Kong), hotels may be stricter at check-in. Works smoothly in the US and Europe.

What is a Virtual Mattress Run?

A virtual mattress run lets you earn elite nights and points without physically staying at the hotel. We arrange bookings under your account that count toward status, helping you achieve or maintain Platinum, Titanium, or higher.


What information do I need to provide?

Depending on the service, we may need:

  • Full name (matching your account)
  • Marriott/Hilton/Wyndham account number (if applicable)
  • Email (sometimes a new one, if a new account is required)
  • Login details or verification codes sometimes (for upgrades)

How long does a status upgrade take?

Upgrades are usually completed within 3–7 business days, though some products tied to suppliers may take a little longer.


What is your refund policy?

  • MMP/MMF forms are non-refundable once issued, since they reduce the employee’s quota.
  • Status upgrades/bookings: Refunds may be issued if we cannot deliver.

Do you guarantee room upgrades with Platinum, Titanium, or Diamond?

No, upgrades are subject to hotel availability. We suggest checking in early and politely asking the front desk.


Do elite night credits from MMF, MMP, or Virtual Mattress Runs count toward lifetime status?

Yes, they count toward Marriott lifetime status progress.


How many rooms can be booked with MMP?

Usually one room per night, though some hotels may allow two. This varies by property.
